Josh Krug Racing – Ashland-Greenwood, Neb. (08/03/2019) - Josh Krug scored his 11th top ten of the season during Shriners Night at I-80 Speedway.
Krug advanced one spot from his sixth place starting position in his heat race to finish fifth.
Krug started 12th in Friday night's 25 lap A Feature and made his way into the top ten within the first five laps. Krug slowly began to make his way through the field before eventually settling into the 6th place spot.
After Friday night's finish, Krug now sits fifth in the Cubby's Convenient Store Super Late Model points standings, just one point behind Ben Schaller for fourth.
The final points night at I-80 Speedway for Krug and the MyRacePass, Dr. Vynal, Speedway No. 4k will take place on Sunday, Sept. 1.
